- measurement of operating parameters of various types of engines with a power of up to 220 kW and a rotational speed of 9,000 rpm, and engines with a power of up to 460 kW and a rotational speed of up to 3,000 rpm,
- measurement of ecological parameters of engines of various types on a test station in the scope of measuring the concentration and emission of nitrogen oxides (NOX), carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO2), particulate matter (PM) and soot in exhaust gases,
- indication of internal combustion engines with the possibility of measuring pressure in the combustion chamber of the engine up to 15 MPa, valve lift, pressure in the injection system up to 300 MPa as well as voltage and current control signals,
- testing and evaluation of injection systems of various types of compression ignition engines (common rail storage systems, injection systems with distributor and in-line injection pumps),
- visualization of the injection process in the engine compartment during its operation and in the constant volume chamber,
- model tests of processes taking place in internal combustion engines and in injection equipment,
- thermal imaging of the engine,
- visualization tests of the combustion process in internal combustion engines with the possibility of measuring the temperature distribution in the diffusion flame and determining the concentration of soot in the flame,
- normative measurement of physicochemical parameters of conventional and alternative fuels in the scope of: fuel fractional composition under atmospheric distillation conditions up to 400 ° C, fuel vapor pressure, fuel ignition temperature, low-temperature properties of fuels up to -90 ° C, combustion heat of liquid and solid fuels , kinematic viscosity at -40 to + 100 ° C, diesel and aviation fuel parameters based on mid-infrared spectral analysis, liquid density using the oscillatory method, water content (Karl-Fischer titrator),
- normative measurement of the derivative of the cetane index based on the measurement of the pressure increase in the constant volume combustion chamber,
- normative tests of lubricating properties of fuels (HFRR method) and lubricants (four-ball apparatus) and determination of sulfur content in liquid and gaseous fuels,
- tests of the corrosive effects of liquid and gaseous fuels on copper according to standard procedures,
- vehicle traffic simulation tests using PC-CRASH software,
- 3D scanning,
- research in the field of technical diagnostics of vehicles with a DMC up to 3.5 t
- measurement of vehicle motion parameters in road conditions and on a chassis dynamometer, including measurements of speed, acceleration, braking distance and resistance to motion using the coasting method,
- static and dynamic measurement of engine torque and power and on wheels of motor vehicles on a chassis dynamometer in various climatic conditions,
- vehicle exhaust emission tests on a chassis dynamometer in various climatic conditions (-20 ° C to + 30 ° C) according to European driving tests,
- testing the concentration of harmful components of exhaust gases from motor vehicles in road conditions with the use of a mobile exhaust gas analysis system,
- research on the behavior of truck drivers with the use of a high-class driving simulator with a moving platform with 6 degrees of freedom (based on the SCANIA truck cabin).
